DGS has already supplied many palletizing and depalletizing systems for practical, reliable and flexible loading and unloading of pallets with crates, boxes, blocks, buckets and tins. We specialize in the automatic addition and removal of spacers. DGS offers several palletizing and depalletizing systems from palletizing and depalletizing boxes and spacer handling solutions to palletizing frozen blocks and layer forming systems and push load units.

Our robot palletizer boxes system removes a preformed layer of boxes from a pick position and places the boxes on a pallet. Our robot depalletizer boxes system is a compact solution for high-capacity layered crate box de-stacking. Both systems are suitable for various box types, pallet sizes and column patterns.

The DGS robot spacer handling solution moves a spacer from a pick position and places it on a drop position. It is mostly used with other modules to remove spacers from layers of boxed frozen products. A pallet containing frozen products is depalletized layer by layer. Our palletizing spacer has a format that can be adjusted, after which the target pallet is stacked without spacers.
